Despite the time it takes to manage, and the cost of the website and streaming service, this station is, has been, and always will be FREE!

It's my passion to keep these programs alive.

If you are, or know someone that is a combat veteran, that would like to participate in our new program IN THEIR OWN WORDS, please email me with your contact information at Editorial@PatriotRadio.org

IN THEIR OWN WORDS page

Our very own EXCLUSIVE interview show, In Their Own Words.

We explore the lives of our veterans, especially prior to, during, and after the war.

Shows play at 6pm every Sunday!

What was special about this particular

time was the radio shows and music that

it produced.

Despite the fun and light nature of many of these broadcasts, there were many conflicts taking place throughout the world.  Many of the programs contain patriotic themes, and even some ads for products that you already know are hazardous to your health.  It's all included to give you, the listener, the best experience as we can into the golden age.  Sit back and enjoy a full-spectrum of radio shows and allow the journey to begin!

It's really all about a simple passion with a different time.  No period of time has even been without problems, but perhaps the period of the '30s, '40s, and '50s were the last of the innocence of the America we once knew.  To some, it may be fond memories, while to others it was oppressive and unfair.

What moment of time was it any different?

COUNTRY

Patriot Radio.  Keeping Americana alive through Old Time Radio programs

The Currahee Military Museum in Toccoa, GA is a former train depot where some 18,000 paratroopers that trained at nearby Camp Toccoa arrived. This famous unit was the focus of the miniseries Band of Brothers. The museum hosts a Veterans Breakfast each month. In October 2021, Patriot Radio was invited to give a presentation on its efforts within the Veteran community. Jim Morgan is the founder, owner, and operator of Patriot Old Time Radio, a steaming Internet radio station, which is now celebrating 10 years of free radio service. www.patriotradio.org The video towards the end of the presentation is from Gary Hannan, titled: The Beaches of Normandy. Patriot Radio has exclusive permission to use Gary Hannan's CD titled: Songs from the Battlefield.
