Patriot Radio. Keeping Americana alive through Old Time Radio programs
I started working on the concept of this program right before Covid hit. It was shelved until the Spring of 2023.
Now full-steam ahead!
Many months of emails and phone calls went into gathering the content to create a once-a-week, hour long program. I am eternally grateful to the individuals and bands that allowed me to proceed and use their music.
A HUGE shout-out to Joe Ewers from the 2nd Carolina String Band.
Joe and I first started talking before Covid was even a thing.
Attempting to gather Union-style music was most difficult. Just recently, I made contact with Wayne Erbsen from Native Ground Books and Music. With Wayne's help, I can now move forward!
Set to premier for the 160th anniversary of Gettysburg, the new program Blue & Gray will be an hour-long show each Sunday evening at 7pm, starting Sunday, July 2nd.
